We process personal data to handle B2B inquiries about purchasing, resale, brokerage, warehouse clearance and sourcing of used industrial spare parts.
Depending on your inquiry, this may include company name, contact person, phone number, email address, WhatsApp profile name, message content, photos, nameplate data, manufacturer, type, condition, quantity, location, urgency, delivery location and other technical details that you voluntarily provide.

WhatsApp, phone and email
If you contact us by WhatsApp, the content and metadata you send are processed by WhatsApp. Depending on use and region, the provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited or another Meta group company. Transfers to third countries may occur. Please do not send sensitive personal data by WhatsApp unless it is necessary for the technical assessment.
You can also contact us by email or phone. We process the data you provide to answer your request and coordinate further B2B steps.
Photos, nameplates and technical data
